Monthly Retainer Services

  • • Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • • Services can be cancelled with 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • • Work completed during the notice period will be delivered as agreed.
  • • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the monthly retainer.

One-Time Projects

  • • 50% deposit is required to commence work and is non-refundable.
  • • Cancellation before project completion: You pay only for work completed to date.
  • • Completed deliverables become your property upon full payment.
  • • Revisions within scope are included; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

  • • Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable through us.
  • • Third-party tool costs, subscriptions, or licenses are non-refundable.
  • • Any refunds from platforms must be claimed directly with them.
